I have this issue with user XX. Today morning at 1am he post at buy and sell thread to put his 12” DFI XB for sales. I give him a call straight away to reserve at the next minute. Thru the conversion I tell him that if nothing wrong with the aro I will pack and go, I also told him that I am able to meet him later part of the day. But he told me he couldn’t make it today, so we set at Friday. Everything is settled and the aro is reserved for me.

But today I was shock that he withdraw the sales without even inform me. I just give him a call 10 min ago and ask him what the reason??? And the reply is, he sold to another bro and deposited collected!!! Can he do that???

seller shd inform, the thing that he posted, like he say sell to others but in thread he posted sale closed due to family issue is not tally.

however, as no monetary lost, so not much problem, give and take, maybe he really have problems.

I do not know the full story as we can never know it unless both sides reveal the whole truth.
But if it is what was mentioned by thread starter, I think the seller should have at least inform thread starter before selling his fish to another.
Afterall he did agree to let the thread starter view it on Friday, didn't he? So it is basic courtesy to inform if he decides to offload his
fish to another person before the pre-arranged, pre-agreed viewing. That is my personal opinion.
